Hello, I\'m JenniferI am a behavioral money coach with 10 years in the practical side of finance. Its not unusual when we have patterns that we cant put our finger on why we do them. These patterns get hardwired from a very young age and my work is to be able to name these patterns and look at where they came from, so you can start to change them. Money exists in a vacuum, we aren’t educated about money and our parents weren’t either. We act out these patterns in adulthood. There is most likely pain and shame that deepens the patterns. I provide money coaching & consulting to help clients gain insight and awareness around their moneypatterns, behaviors, and emotions. I have the capacity to help my clients understand and calm anxiety,fears and stress that keep them stuck and unable to move forward. I also help my clients to discovertheir strengths and challenges surrounding career, money and purpose.I can help someone from the ground up. I meet clients where they are and through my experience, Iprovide coaching, encouragement and strategies to support them on their journey professionally andpersonally. I offer a different lens to bring into focus your needs to have a healthy relationship withmoney, not just at the surface level, which allows new possibilities to be achieved.In my free time, I volunteer, supporting rescues that are doing right by and for animals.
