About Jennifer Vickroy
I am an Assistant Manager and Agent Development Specialist for a residential real estate agents at Coldwell Banker’s Mason office. I am responsible for agent recruiting, onboarding, development, and retention. Prior to my current role I was a residential real estate agent working with Comey and Shepherd Realtors for 15 years, as well as a Director of Operations at Keller Willians Realty. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Miami University with degrees in Management and Economics in 1994, I worked as an Information Technology Project Manager and Product Development Specialist at Fifth Third Bank. I decided to take a break from corporate life when starting my family, and shortly thereafter I started working as a licensed assistant to a senior agent at Comey and Shepherd. After expanding that relationship to a partnership in 2010, I launched my solo real estate practice in 2014. My family and I moved from Hyde Park to Madeira several years ago and enjoy being active in both communities. I have experience with listing and selling properties all over Cincinnati with particular specialization in the east side urban to suburban neighborhoods. One of my favorite aspects of being a Realtor is developing connections with clients and helping them navigate the sometimes rocky paths of buying and selling. Each buying and selling situation is unique, and my personalized approach can help you determine your needs and wants and find you a property to meet both. From repair, staging, and pricing recommendations for sellers, to neighborhood, property and negotiation advice for buyers, I provide my clients with unparalleled service. As an Assistant Manager, I apply the same diligence and care to my support of our agent team, ensuring they are able to provide exceptional service to their clients.
