Professional experience: Managing and developing a team of employees in an operational role. Management of budgets, maintaining inventory, scheduling services, and creating and implementing processes and procedures. Experience with high volume service and repair and maintenance. Establishing education and training programs along with teaching these programs. I am a Certified Pool Operator instructor. Excellent ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels of Project Management, vendors, staffs. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel programs as well as Google Drive and many app based programs. Have designed and installed hydraulics for many high end swimming pools and water features and have reconfigured and upgraded many commercial facilities with different add ons and safety updates. Have provided commercial swimming pool safety inspections with recommended updates. I have worked as a licensed contractor in the great state of Florida and was elected by my peers for two years straight to be Chapter President of IPSSA which is very involved in supporting the swimming pool industry with education, governmental issues and leadership mentoring throughout the USA. I helped implement local trade shows through IPSSA for the industry for new products, education and relationships with vendors. I have had an amazing career of working with many great people along the way and I am very grateful for every opportunity that has come my way and that will in the future. Every step is a learning stone we walk on.
