   Jennifer Ulman is a Senior Technical Director for MSI’s Peace and Stability Practice. Her 20 years of experience include management of $7-$35million programs with teams up to 30 people across various development sectors including peacebuilding, preventing and countering violent extremism (P/CVE), women, peace and security, conflict mitigation, and civil society capacity building. She recently served as the home office team lead for Solutions for Peace & Recovery funded by USAID/DRC and HARMONI, a P/CVE program in Indonesia. She has written numerous guides, designed curriculum and led training on conflict sensitivity and integration for organizations across the globe. Jennifer led the design of the first conflict sensitive aid course for USAID to build staff capacities to respond appropriately to the complexities of working in conflict and fragile environments. She also brings a background in evaluation, assessment and conflict analysis. She supported 5-year programs in Albania, DRC, Indonesia, Iraq and Kenya; and short term field support in over 30 countries. Previously, as a training and peacebuilding consultant, she lived in the Balkans, Cyprus and Greece and was an instructor at Southeastern University in Athens, Greece. She holds a masters of science degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from what is now the Carter School at George Mason University as well as a bachelor’s in Intercultural Relations from their independent studies program. Jennifer has advanced Greek and basic Spanish.
