Responsible for designing and leading Health and Public Sector (HPSI) Industry\'s Aspire Program for high potential undergraduates and MBA graduates joining Microsoft. Partnering tightly with business leaders and HR, I develop the strategy and implementation of HPSI\'s First Year Aspire Experience. This includes relevant training, development experiences and resources to accelerate Aspire participant’s knowledge of Microsoft and increase impact today and in the future. My role is also responsible for HPSI business operations including the Rhythm of the Business, Onboarding, Learning, and other critical business functions for our person organization.
