   Manage human trafficking survivor support programs for 237+ individuals across the U.S. and India, achieving 90% retention and 85% financial independence through entrepreneurship, mentorship, and financial literacy initiatives- Develop and facilitate prevention programs for students across the U.S. and India; 90% showed increased awareness of grooming tactics, 82% reported improved confidence in seeking help. Programs were reviewed and endorsed by Montclair State University’s Global Center on Human Trafficking-Created, scripted, and featured in The HEAL Project, a trauma- informed mental health video series for survivors- Supervise a cross-regional team of 5 staff, plus volunteers and interns; lead monthly team meetings and quarterly board meetings to align operational strategies with organizational goals- Built 4 new partnerships with schools and nonprofit organizations to expand education and prevention program reach within underserved communities- Manage social media and outreach materials; represented TAARA at the World Without Exploitation Conference and serve as an active member of the New Jersey Coalition Against Human Trafficking.
