Jennifer Chan is the founding lawyer of JTC Litigation PC, a firm dedicated exclusively to litigation-focused employment law and workers\' compensation disputes for both employees and employers. With nearly a decade of experience, Jennifer brings a strategic, no-nonsense approach to workplace disputes. In 2025, she secured a 7-figure remedy for a client from the WSIB.Before launching her own practice five years ago, Jennifer was a lawyer at an employment law boutique, a legal aid clinic specializing in occupational health and safety, and at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT).
