About Jennifer Daniel
I am a mission-driven nonprofit executive with 15+ years advancing equity, youth empowerment, and economic mobility through national program strategy, cross-sector partnerships, and community-centered leadership. My career has been dedicated to creating pathways that help young people; particularly BIPOC and under-resourced communities access the opportunities, networks, and support they need to thrive.Currently, I serve as the National Director of Alumni Programs at The Posse Foundation, where I lead engagement strategy for an member network across multiple cities. I oversee large-scale programs, multi-market events, strategic partnerships, volunteer leadership, and data-informed decision making that strengthens long-term alumni success and organizational impact.Beyond my national work, I am the Founder and Executive Director of Princess Chambers, a nonprofit I built from the ground up to empower young women through leadership development, mentoring, and post-secondary readiness. Over the past 15 years, we’ve supported more than young women and mobilized a committed volunteer community that fuels our mission.Previously, I spent several years directing city-funded workforce development programs at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation. There, I led high-impact employment and internship programs, achieved record-setting job and college placement rates, and designed innovative virtual programming during the COVID-19 pandemic.Across every role, I am committed to-Creating equitable access to education, employment, and leadership opportunities-Building high-performing, collaborative teams-Leveraging data and community voice to drive meaningful outcomes-Cultivating partnerships that expand resources and impactI thrive in spaces where strategy meets community, where innovation helps solve complex social challenges, and where young people are supported to realize their full potential. I welcome opportunities to connect with leaders, partners, and change-makers working to advance equity and strengthen opportunities for future generations.
