ABOUT JENNIFER STINEBAUGH
Transaction Coordinator and Realtor have been my life for over 25 years! I have seen the ups and downs that the Real Estate cycle experiences numerous times. I pride myself on providing exceptional service on every file I touch. I am here so that my agents can do what they do best, sell Real Estate. I am knowledgeable in the majority of Broker systems for file submission. I provide Dropbox storage to my agents. I have my own DocuSign for ease of signatures. I work to get the job done for you! I have been a part of many organizations in San Diego County. I recently wrapped up serving on the board for SPRITES of East County. I helped run a variety of events and was the Chair for 2023 Gala. This Mother Daughters philanthropy provides volunteers to various non-profits through out San Diego. We also donate supplies to Companies like Meals on Wheels and Noah Homes. SPRITES gala helps raise $50K a year to donate to their main philanthropies. This was an amazing group to be a part of and pushes me still to volunteer when needed. It will be a part of both mine and my daughter\'s life for years to come. I was also involved with the Dallas Pugh Foundation for many years. This non-profit assists with helping anyone, but especially teens, with guidance and information regarding preventing suicide. We have had many different events through the years from Golf Tournaments to amazing Galas, all while raising funds that go to Speaking Engagements at schools, to provide print information to schools, and support other suicide prevention organizations. This is one amazing group and I am so grateful to have been a part of it. I have been so lucky to work with some of the best in the business while maintaining my own level of success as Realtor, Transaction Coordinator, Notary, Mom, Wife and Manager of the house. I have learned so many different skills to help manage every aspect of a real estate file. Time management and organzational skills are keys to getting a file done on time. Multi-tasking allows me to work on many different steps in a file at one time. Long story short, I am here to help you be successful in your Real Estate career!
