ABOUT JENNIFER STEELE

I am so happy to announce that I have once again joined the IHeart Media Team where I will be the Executive Producer and a Writer for the Morning News! I will also be voicing some reports and doing some anchoring and reporting. I am excited to be part of such a successful and winning team! I’m happy to have been at KCCL, 101.5 K-HITS Sacramento as the Production Director and an On -Air Personality where I ran the Production Department and did a live daily show for 8 years. I have had the great pleasure of working at some incredible, heritage stations during my 20 plus years in the radio business! They include four terms at Clear Channel/IHeart since the early 1990\'s! I was a part of the Breakfast Club on Cool 101.1, the News at Noon with Rick Stewart on KFBK, the Armstrong & Getty Show on KSTE and I was the First Full-time, female KFBK lead Afternoon Traffic Anchor and did news updates for Tom Sullivan and filled in for Kitty O\'Neal at KFBK (as well as V101 and Y92.5.) I also worked there as a News Anchor/Reporter and Producer/ Writer for KFBK and IHeart Radio (Alaska, Portland, Washington and California) where I wrote, produced and voiced newscasts simultaneously -transmitting them to several IHeart and Clear Channel Stations all over the West Coast on a very tight clock! My resume also includes several area morning shows including \"Mornings with Dave and Jennifer at Mix 96\",\"The Jen and John Show at 95.3 KUIC\",\"Mornings with Chad and Jennifer on 101.9 the Wolf\" and I\'ve worked at Fresh Country 98.5, New Country 105.1, KO93 and Kat Country. All of my radio jobs have included on-air positions, production, media relations, promotion, marketing, charity work and copy writing. I am also thankful to have spent many years in the Pet Supply Industry working for my father Phil Cooper, The Pet Industry Expert, at his various companies!
