Jennifer Starkey is a Senior Vice President/Regional Vice President at TD Bank serving Broward, Southern Palm Beach, Lee and Collier Counties in South Florida. She has over 30 years of banking experience, in the north and southeast geographies, in multiple areas of banking, 23 of which are with TD. Jennifer has managed teams in deposit operations, credit, and bank merger and acquisitions. In her current role, Jennifer and her team of experienced Relationship Managers provide financing solutions, including working capital, start-up/acquisition, equipment leasing, mortgages, and lines of credit; whether conventional or SBA. They have multiple solutions for companies to improve cash flow and profit margins with credit and noncredit solutions. Along with their partners, including retail, treasury management, leasing, healthcare, restaurant, real estate, and merchant services, her dedicated Relationship Managers serve as valued partners to companies to achieve their strategic goals. Jennifer is Co-Leader of TD Bank\'s Business Resource Group for Women in Leadership for the State of Florida. She is a member of L.E.A.D. community, an initiative aligned with TD’s goal of supporting select emerging talent women leaders in the Commercial Bank. Jennifer is an active leader in her community. She is currently a member of the Tocqueville Society of the United Way. She currently serves as Chair of Women United for United Way of Broward County. She teaches entrepreneurship at the Alan B Levan NSU Center of Innovation and serves on the boards of Junior Achievement of Sourh Florida. And the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance. She served as President and founding member of the local MOMS Club offering activities and support to new mothers and their children. She has served on the boards of the American Red Cross, March of Dimes, and NAWBO. With her husband Bill, and daughter Samantha, Jennifer actively supports the arts, and local community needs. Jennifer received her Bachelor\'s degree from Rutgers University, and completed two formal management training programs in bank operations and commercial credit including graduate level work in business, finance and accounting.
