As a Clinical Neuroscientist, my primary responsibility at Rendever is to secure grant funding and lead our research team in conducting clinical studies, predominantly funded by the NIH:NIA and in collaboration with major academic and research institutions. Our focus is on older adults, particularly those living with dementia, and their caregivers. I also assist in identifying funding opportunities, developing protocols, refining assessments, and training research staff for our academic, clinical, and community partners who use Rendever\'s VR platforms in their research studies. My objective is to cultivate trust within our team and our market that our tech is having the intended impact by evaluating the effectiveness of Rendever\'s virtual reality platforms in combating social isolation and significantly improving social, mental, cognitive, and physical health - promoting a longer, healthier, and happier lifespan.
