Hollaway is a company that provides environmental consulting, communications, and creative services to clients in various industries. As the Chief People Officer, I partner with the executive team and the managers to foster an inclusive culture that aligns with Hollaway\'s mission, vision, and values. I also provide expertise and support in performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, policy development, and HR compliance.
