   I oversee the Benefits, Payroll and Compensation departments at Thryv.\\\\n\\\\nI manage all aspects of compensation (executive, broad-based and sales) including our: annual Short Team Incentive Program (STI), annual Over Performance Program (OPP), equity programs (NQSO, RSUs PSUs), severance program, departmental recognition program, offer recommendations, annual performance review process including merit and cash bonus programs, job evaluations, FLSA reviews, market pricing, etc. I prepare the board decks, attend and present compensation related items at the Compensation Committee of the Board. Support all levels of leadership, including the Board, C-Suite, HR and recruiting on all compensation and payroll needs. I was part of a small team working to take the company from private to public and supported the S-1 and S-8 filings. Now that we are a public company, I work closely with our SEC attorney on SEC / compensation related activities including providing the information, tables and footnotes for SEC filings (CD & A of the proxy; Forms 3, 4 & 5; 10-K/10-Q; etc.). In 2020 I was asked by my CEO to implement an Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) for the company to coincide with our relisting activity to take the company public. I designed the program from scratch based on industry trends and best practices, presented the ESPP program to the Compensation Committee for approval and obtained unanimous support; the program is currently active with a strong participation rate. I support the Compensation Committee and our CEO on all compensation related initiatives.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
