For more information please visit, Facilitate Project Cost Kick Off Meetings and Project Financial setup Meetings- Set up initial Project Budgets and Schedule of Values- Provide Cost and Change Management Systems training for Operational Staff- Schedule and attend the weekly project costs forecast review meetings- Assist with Job Cost Allocations, Contract Billing setup and Project Close Out- Assist Permit Department- Manage the workload, training and performance of the Project Administrative and Project Accounting team- Provide financial management support to our Preconstruction and Operations teams- Provide support to teams on under/over billing analysis- Perform other accounting, financial and administrative tasks as needed- Immediate Leader and Career Development Leader for team of Project Administrators and Project Accountants
