Managing all operations within the company, direct reports include the billing specialist team, dispatch team, maintenance contract manager, human resources, and accounting. • Work closely with the division managers (hvac, plumbing, electrical) to make sure their departments are running smoothly. • Standardizing operating procedures. • Handle all billing issues including credits, complaints, and collections. • Project management of projects when staff is unavailable due to vacations and short-term gaps in staffing. • Site visits and conference calls to follow up with the status of projects. • Implemented steps to be paperless and completely mobile. This process has significantly reduced costs. Prior to transforming to completely mobile, there was a total of 48 hours of administrative costs per week entering payroll, which has now been reduced to only 5 hours a week.
