My career has been dedicated to solving complex problems and leading projects that do just that. I have the unique and exciting position of championing both external-facing projects to improve government programs and internal-facing projects to improve corporate business outcomes. As a consultant, I advise senior government leaders in the areas of performance management, emergency preparedness, supply chain and transportation. Much of my work focuses on supply chain resilience and risk, logistics management for emergency operations, and supply chain measures. I\'m an experienced Master Exercise Practitioner, developing plans, training, and exercising local, state, and federal emergency response capabilities. As a quality management expert, I lead corporate internal audits and ensure that we achieve multiple external certifications (ISO 9001, ISO ISO 27001, CMMI). I’m a trusted advisor, supporting projects and business functions with root cause analysis and process improvement services.
