I bring a broad tax background which spans international, federal, state income tax, and transactional taxes, with a reputation for combining technical rigor with practical, business-focused execution.My technical background includes ASC 740, income tax compliance, tax controversy, FIN 48, valuation allowance analysis, transfer pricing, Pillar Two, Section 987, tax planning, tax research, treasury (cash repatriation and cash tax advisory), ERP implementations, OneSource, SOX controls, and building and scaling tax departments and processes.
