With an annual budget of over $1B, DCHS manages a range of programs and services to help our county\'s most vulnerable residents while working to strengthen our communities. I provide senior leadership for DCHS’s procurement, contracting, performance measurement, evaluation, and data management teams and systems so that they are designed, aligned, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved to promote effective, equitable, and efficient achievement of results. • Foster the culture, oversee the systems, and align the resources that advance DCHS’s transformation into a high-impact, equity-advancing, data-informed organization • Provide the strategic oversight and alignment that allows the implementation of consistent contract and procurement processes across the department that drive equitable impacts for our community • Oversee the development and maintenance of a modern, sustainable, and secure data infrastructure from which analysts and service providers can produce actionable insights • Support an organizational environment that appropriately balances data use and sharing with a robust Privacy Program and strong data governance
