About Jennifer Schroeder

For over 29 years, I have worked in the IT Industry and Hospitality sector. My background in hospitality allows me to provide services based on the clientele’s expectations and increase the overall customer experience. I have a unique ability to apply technology, in all its forms, to business processes. Some of this includes reservations, front desk, finance, facilities, human resources, budgeting, vendor management and various operational processes. I have experience with project management, installation, testing and training; high growth challenges, technology replacement projects and IT process improvement. Constantly striving to achieve excellent service for our customers has been my main focus. As part of my day-to-day responsibilities, I develop and manage several projects to ensure optimal performance for our operators and a seamless experience for our clientele. My strength lies in Project management and ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment where quick decisions and multi-tasking are a must, while still providing excellent customer service. Such an environment emphasizes the importance of excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and allows me to demonstrate my flexibility and my passion for leading big projects. My area of expertise is my proven ability to build relationships and work pro-actively and effectively in a team.
