As Director of Career Services, I lead a data-informed, student- and alumni-centered program that integrates career education into the academic experience while advancing institutional goals. I oversee a cross-functional team, guide strategic initiatives, and partner across campus and industry to ensure students at all levels receive tailored, high-impact career support.• Lead a team of professional staff, student employees, and adjunct instructors to deliver personalized and scalable services across undergraduate, graduate, and alumni populations• Oversee required career development courses reaching over students annually; launched LevelUp to enhance graduate career readiness• Use data from First Destination, internships, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement and align services with NACE competencies• Collaborate with faculty and employers to align curricula with workforce needs and integrate career learning into academic planning• Represent the school in university-wide initiatives and committees focused on advising strategy, employer engagement, and institutional outcomes
