Strong business partner with passion for professional development, sales, and leadership. With over 15 years experience on the Enterprise Mobility HR team, I have been given the opportunity to work with amazing leaders and help train and develop new ones in the areas of sales, talent acquisition as well as talent development. I have proven success in managing the full recruitment life cycle to help our business grow. I help identify skills necessary to fill various positions, source talent through diverse pipelines, conduct behavioral-based interviews, all while creating a positive candidate experience. I continue with on-boarding candidates and employees into their new role by providing employees with their initial training and development. I have extensive experience and passion for facilitating workshops and seminars on topics such as personal branding, networking, business etiquette, public speaking, and interview skills. Relationship building is a focus and strength of mine that expands to all levels internally and externally with candidates, hiring managers, executive leadership and my business partners in higher education.
