About Jennifer Samson

Jennifer A. Samson-Cordero, Ph.D.(c), MAN, RN, is a former Country Nursing Manager in Diaverum, Saudi Arabia, specializing in renal care service in the Middle East. She is a registered nurse in the Philippines and has passed licensure exams in other countries, such as Saudi Arabia and the United States. She obtained the degree of Master\'s in Nursing, Major in Nursing Administration in 2012 at the Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation, San Carlos City Pangasinan, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008 at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, Quezon City. She is currently on a dissertation for a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing at Saint Louis University, Baguio City. She has been an active contributor to many renal and nursing organizations such as PNA, RENAP, PJN and Sigma Theta Tau. She has participated in many local and international conferences to showcase her passion. Also, she has published several studies in Philippine Journal of Nursing and other international journals. Her research interests include nursing management, leadership, research policy, quality improvement, renal dialysis, digital advancement, and its impact on patient care. As a Country Nursing Manager, she has extensive experience in cross-boundary working and developing integrated approaches to delivering patient-centered, high-quality renal services in Saudi Arabia, Middle east and globally. She was also involved in several projects, such as leading the digitalization of the nursing workflow and Shared Hemodialysis care (in partnership with UK Renal group) as part of the patient empowerment program.
