As a strategic HR partner, I support leaders across both local and global teams, providing guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent strategy. While based in Canada, I collaborate closely with HR colleagues across the U.S. and international markets to align local execution with global HR initiatives.I drive the implementation of HR policies, tools, and processes that enable business groups to achieve their strategic goals.
