Part of the leadership team for the Principal Asset Management- Public Markets, I actively drive tactical and strategic aspects of our equities, fixed income and derivatives business responsible for over 300 Bil USD of AUM. Focused on research management and oversight of all external research inputs used in our investment processes, including trading and operations systems. Responsibility for our global commission management program (soft dollars). Chairperson of our Proxy Voting Committee and stewardship and sustainability process leadership. Also manage the business relationships, oversight and accountability of all processes provided by our internal support teams including Operations, Compliance, Risk, and IT.
