ABOUT JENNIFER ROTH-BURNETTE
As Director of a campus-wide FYCC within a new General Education curriculum, I have led a transformative program for 9200 annual incoming students since July 2024. This role highlights my expertise in organizational capabilities, vision, data-informed growth and strategic planning while collaborating with colleagues to implement impactful change. With 18 years of experience in higher ed change leadership for both campus-based and online programs, I have consistently contributed to student success through innovative academic support and retention strategies. My passion for fostering learning communities has been evident in my previous roles, including directing the university\'s QEP and Learning Commons, where I facilitated significant increases in student engagement and success. My focus remains on driving positive outcomes that enhance academic achievement and community development, expanding infrastructure and opportunities for students, faculty, and the institutions they attend to successfully achieve their educational goals.
