About Jennifer Ross

Clients come to me after betrayal, addiction, relational rupture, or prolonged family instability. They are often functioning on the outside—but internally unsettled, mistrustful, or disconnected. My work focuses on restoring steadiness, rebuilding connection, and strengthening self-trust in the aftermath of trauma.I am an ICF-trained coach, APSATS trainee (partner-trauma model), Certified Hypnotherapist, and RTT® Practitioner. I integrate attachment and family-systems frameworks, neuroscience-informed coaching, and subconscious re-patterning to support durable change.Within Jennifer Acker & Associates, I co-develop trauma-responsive coaching programs that complement therapeutic treatment and extend healing into the family system. Our initiatives include Family Bridge (pre- and post-treatment family coaching) and Steady Bridge (relational-trauma integration). These programs blend APSATS principles, somatic and narrative processing, and relational-skills coaching to help families re-establish safety and communication.Before entering this field, I spent nearly three decades in brand strategy and communication. That experience sharpened my understanding of identity, behavior, and narrative—skills I now apply to help clients examine inherited patterns, recalibrate boundaries, and move forward with clarity.I see clients in person in New York City and virtually across the U.S. and internationally. I collaborate with clinicians and treatment centers to create continuity between therapy and coaching support.

   I co-founded the Jennifer Acker & Associates Coaching arm alongside Sara Lebow and Jennifer Acker, LCSW, to expand trauma-informed, relational, and family-systems coaching within the practice.My work integrates APSATS-informed relational-trauma training, ICF-based coaching methodology, RTT® / clinical hypnotherapy & Somatic healing to help adults, parents, and families move from crisis or reactivity toward regulation, self-trust, and relational healing.This collaborative model bridges evidence-based coaching, subconscious re-patterning, and somatic insight—aligning with the practice’s trauma-responsive, developmentally attuned framework.
