About Jennifer Roberts

Jennifer Roberts is driven by her belief in personal responsibility for positive social impact and change; she is dedicated to building people and community. She has over 25 years of leadership and event experience in various corporate, non-profit, charitable, and community organizations. She has led community events to advocate, bring awareness, and create opportunity for social impact. Currently, she is energized to assist The Policy Project as well as other non-profits and charitable organizations to assist individuals and communities to flourish. She began her career as a Management Consultant with a San Diego-based firm specializing in executive search, structured hiring systems, and leadership growth and development in diverse industries throughout the US and Canada. She worked closely with executives to establish company vision through clear mission statements and formulating an exceptional work culture. She helped organizations to resolve executive and employee conflict through mentorship, coaching, as well as through verbal and written communications. Additionally, she provided motivational speeches and workshops to guide individual and organizational vision, growth, and achievement. Jennifer also worked as a personal assistant to a professional and philanthropic couple to manage schedules, accounting, and special events. She collaborated as a member of a start-up team for a new business by creating vision concepts, organizational values, objectives, and strategy for launch and implementation. Her most treasured and prioritized role has been as Chief Management and Culture Officer for her family, which includes her husband and now four adult children. She believes humor can be a great tool in life and never wants to take herself too seriously. She loves the positive power of gathering, especially when good food is involved. Her focus on her family, authentic relationships, and a commitment to lifelong learning help fuel her efforts. A little home staging, interior, event and graphic design projects have kept her creative and intentionally balanced to build a thriving environment.
