I’m deeply involved in the details, ensuring that plan designs, vendor relationships, data feeds, and regulatory requirements are aligned and working the way they’re supposed to.My experience spans fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded plans, as well as complex vendor transitions involving TPAs, PBMs, HRIS platforms, and ancillary carriers. I’m particularly passionate about helping HR teams navigate complexity with clarity — translating data, compliance, and cost drivers into actionable insight and meaningful employee communication.At the core of my work is trust, responsiveness, and partnership. I believe the best outcomes happen when clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the decisions they’re making for their workforce.
