ABOUT JENNIFER REILLY

As Chief of Staff for Weber Shandwick North America, I am part of the regional executive leadership team, driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment.With 20+ years at Weber Shandwick, I’ve led enterprise-wide initiatives to improve and standardize operations, including the design and oversight of the agency’s North America Resource Management function. I work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and team enablement - driving leadership alignment on priorities, strengthening internal communications, and leading transformation and process improvement to fuel growth.I am focused on leading the integration of AI and productivity tools into the Office of the North America CEO. By designing human-led, AI-powered workflows, I accelerate informed decision-making and streamline routine work, allowing focus on strategy and relationships. I develop scalable processes and operating models that bring clarity and efficiency to the North America CEO’s office.Earlier in my career, I led integrated marketing and public relations campaigns for global brands in consumer retail, food, and lifestyle - driving national product launches, brand building, and media relations. Clients included Electrolux, IKEA, Unilever, Absolut, Pfizer, Fisher-Price, and InterContinental Hotels Group.I began my career at FleishmanHillard, supporting consumer healthcare and marketing communications for McNeil’s Concerta and Merck’s SINGULAIR.I graduated cum laude from Northeastern University with a BA in Communication Studies. I live in Manhattan with my husband and two sons (and our pup and turtle, too).
