I create innovative eLearning, I am an Instructional Designer leveraging a background in curriculum development. Using adult learning theories and principles, I can create VILT and eLearning Training using the ADDIE and SAM models. From kick-off to close out, I focus on the Needs Analysis, building rapport with the SME, Storyboarding, Designing, and eLearning development needs.In 2013, I started a business using Photoshop to enhance PowerPoint presentations, making them more engaging and aesthetically pleasing for clients, coworkers, and family members to use in the VILT and ILT trainings. I created microlearning for friends\' companies for years, never knowing its proper name. I love merging the visual design aspect with the Instructional Design component to make courses both instructional effective as well as visually appealing. Fast forward and enter AIDA, the Applied Instructional Design Academy, putting a name to \"the thing\" I have been passionately doing for years and making a career out of it.
