As a Senior Consultant, I support the Head of Product Management DIRECT (Professional & Executive Search) within the service product in the strategic and conceptual development of the department. In addition to reporting, this also includes the management of projects to further the development in the areas of qualification diagnostics, interviewing, competency modeling, candidate journey and employee development. In addition, I support the Onboarding process and act as an interface to other departments such as Human Resources, Personnel Development and Inhouse Recruiting.Als Senior Referentin unterstütze ich innerhalb des Dienstleistungsproduktes den Head of Product Mangement DIRECT (Professional & Executive Search) bei der strategischen und konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches. Dazu gehört neben dem Reporting auch die Durchführung von Projekten um die Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Eignungsdiagnostik, Interviewführung, Kompetenzmodellierung, Candidate Journey und Personalentwicklung zu fördern. Darüber hinaus begleite ich das Onboarding und bilde ich die Schnittstelle zu den anderen Fachbereichen wie bspw. Personalwirtschaft, Personalentwicklung und Inhouse Recruiting.
