As the regional vice president of operations, I have provided executive leadership and strategic direction for Nursecore, transforming the regional operations of six medical and homecare service locations across Texas, Arizona, Las Vegas, and Colorado. Leading a team of six direct reports, 22 senior leaders, and over 600 associates, I oversee leadership development, talent acquisition, performance management, and change management. I monitored bill rates, labor rates, and patient care, and successfully developed and implemented regional financial, budget, operational, and expansion strategies, incorporating SOPs and KPIs for effective measurement. Collaborating seamlessly with all business units, the CEO, COO, regional vice presidents, and key stakeholders, I ensure alignment of regional initiatives with broader organizational goals. Significantly transformed and synergized regional operations, generating an 11% gross profit margin increase YOY. Elevated regional team performance by executing significant changes, including directorial adjustments, personnel reassignments, and comprehensive training for new directors. Orchestrated complete restructure of the largest office located in the region, rebounding a previously significant revenue source to resurge to an additional $100K per month EBITDA. Enhanced talent retention and fostered professional development by engaging with and mentoring team leaders. Improved operational efficiencies and business insights by advancing region towards improved technology, including an electronic medical records system, enhanced KPIs, and data-driven decisions. Transformed 2 additional underperforming offices to generate an average of $28K in weekly profits.
