Jen leads teams that enable health care market leaders to leverage applied innovation in defining business growth strategies, designing new models of clinical care to future proof the business and employing digital health to improve customer connectivity, clinical outcomes, access, and provider satisfaction. Leading Deloitte’s Life Science’s & Health Care Innovation Catalyst in New York, Tel Aviv, Silicon Valley, Jen’s team focuses on sensing/scanning the health ecosystem, collaborating with stakeholders to incubate & prototype new platforms & solutions across health care, health & wellness. Jen leads the curation of our Digital Health Trends report highlighting the emerging trends at the intersection of the Future of Health & NextGen technologies. As NextGen technologies, AI, predictive analytics, supported by engagement platforms and new talent models are being adopted across the globe, the nature of work across industries is changing. Jen is passionate about partnering with health care organizations through the next wave of disruption, defining innovative business models, the organization & workforce strategies that enable them, and how together we can convene the ecosystem to create value on the journey to health and wellness. Recently, Jen led an innovation team to create a series of immersion labs for a large cancer patient advocacy group, convening start-ups across the digital health spectrum, cancer institutes, VC leaders, and research consortiums to shape a digital patient navigation solution for cancer patients. As co-founder of Deloitte’s Physician Leadership Academy, it’s Jen’s mission to support the evolving leadership capabilities of clinician leaders within the era of the clinical health care CEO. Jen has published studies at the intersection of the Future of Health and the Future of Work, led podcasts on inclusion & diversity as a strategic lever, and the power of health equity as a core strategy. She has presented at strategy summits, Exponential Medicine, Scottsdale Institute, AVIA Summit, Modern Healthcare Future of Work summit and been featured in their “Executive Spotlight”.
