Conduct meetings with stakeholders on their asset management current state and discuss opportunities, risks, and future state. Work with stakeholders to create a statement of work, cost estimates, and the timeline for projects. Create and manage project plans, resource plans, and deliverables for projects. Work directly with stakeholders to define technical and functional requirements for projects. Create user stories and technical stories based on the client\'s technical and functional requirements. Work with developers to ensure all stories are completed as expected. Work with stakeholders to ensure user acceptance testing is completed and accepted. Create training documentation and conduct training sessions with stakeholders. Conduct weekly status meetings with stakeholders to review work that has been completed and the next steps for the project. Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
