   The Zillow Academy Platform Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution and vision for a seamless and effective learning experience on our Learning Management System (LMS): Zillow Academy. This role involves strategic collaboration with partners throughout the business to identify, design, and implement innovative learning solutions that align with business objectives and promote a culture of continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Platform Development and Management: Lead all aspects of the design, maintenance, and optimization of the Zillow Academy learning platform. Ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of the organization and aligns with business objectives. Develop standardized operational processes and procedures, guidelines and documentation, and ensure the platform governance model is being followed. Own the relationship with the platform vendor, as it relates to Zillow Academy. User Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve the user experience of Zillow Academy, focusing on accessibility, ease of use, and engagement. Gather feedback from users and partners to implement improvements and updates. Technology Integration: Integrate new and existing learning technologies to improve the functionality and efficiency of Zillow Academy. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with other Premier Agent products. Stakeholder Engagement and Support: Work closely with Premier Agent program owners to understand learning needs and align the platform with organizational goals. Provide training and support to system admins, ensuring they effectively enhance the benefits of Zillow Academy. Respond to and address all technical support critical issues that cannot be resolved through Tier 1 support teams. Upload, organize, and maintain learning materials, courses, and assessments within the LMS. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze user engagement.
