ABOUT JENNIFER PYTLARZ
As the Managing Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at Evolent, I am a contributor to the strategy and performance of all clinical pharmacy services including Medication Therapy Management (MTM), care/chronic disease management, medication adherence, care gap closures and quality metrics for various lines of business. I excel at program development and consider myself a strong relationship leader having built and maintained a highly engaged and high-performing team including a highly competitive PGY1 Managed Care Pharmacy residency. While I’ve had the opportunity to practice in many different settings from community pharmacy to academia to managed care over the course of my 20+ career, I thrive when I can create and be a part of something new and innovative. As a healthcare professional first and foremost, I value high-quality care for patients but also recognize that the healthcare system is in need of change and disruption in order to transform care delivery, reduce costs, and improve access to care. I look forward to continuing to contribute to a solution for this very complex problem.
