ABOUT JENNIFER PRATT

I am a builder and an executor who enjoys both parts equally. What gets me excited is creating culture, trust, and the infrastructure that lets companies scale without losing the things and people that made them special in the first place, while also maintaining concise, clear and open communication channels.During my tenure, I\'ve partnered with founders, C-suite, and executive teams at high-growth tech companies to turn People & Culture from a support function into something the business can\'t imagine running without. I\'ve built People functions from scratch at two startups. One I took through an acquisition all the way to a public company, where I then led the tech HR function while we integrated new founders and teams into an evolving culture. At the other, I\'ve been part of the leadership team that grew revenue and scaled headcount by 2.5x, all while keeping attrition impressively low. Both experiences taught me that the best People strategies are the ones no one notices, because everything just works.I\'m a communication-first leader. I\'m the person who makes sure the right people are in the room, the timeline is held, and every angle of a change has been thought through before it hits the organization. I care deeply about how things land not just what we decide, but how we communicate it, who hears it first, and what support is in place when we do.My background spans the full spectrum of the People function — compensation philosophy, performance ecosystems, talent acquisition, global workforce management across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, M&A integration, employee relations, and coaching. I\'ve done this as an in-house leader and as a consultant embedded with companies across industries from SaaS to real estate tech. What stays consistent is that I\'m equally comfortable in an executive strategy meeting as I am rolling up my sleeves on the basics. What I care most about is creating environments where people do their best work. That means equitable, transparent systems; leaders who are set up to lead; and cultures that are values-driven in practice. I\'ve run global offsites, rebuilt performance review systems from the ground up, and navigated the hardest moments a company faces, reorgs, separations, acquisitions, leadership transitions. Talking with leaders and employees, guiding them through challenges with empathy, and leaving them with communication skills that stick long after our conversation ends.
