   I manage a centralize industry intelligence function supporting MassMutual.I work with C-Suite and other senior leaders to identify key trends shaping the insurance industry and deliver insights to support their decision-making. I leverage my 25 years of experience building and managing high performing Intelligence teams to meet the growing needs of MassMutual. My team acts as \"intrapreneurs\" to provide consultative support to identify solutions to ensure MassMutual remains viable and relevant in this ever-changing marketplace. Our data is secured from numerous internal sources and augmented using external resources. I draft and negotiate corporate-wide contracts with external vendors including sourcing arrangements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements and other contractual agreements associated with 3rd party providers. We deploy our intelligence via external marketing collateral (compliance approved), internal Hubs, SharePoint sites, and live conference training events. The ROI of our intelligence is measured both qualitatively (VOC) and quantitatively (usage, new sales).I represent MassMutual at internal and external industry events and serve on peer group panels and committees assessing regulatory impacts to the retirement and financial industry. I deliver a best-in-class service experience designed to meet the business needs and help our business partners achieve their goals and objectives. Our team continues to grow, scope and relevance always using a continuous improvement mindset.I have full autonomy over our $1.5M research budget.
