   Monitor and report out to senior leadership on key cost, inventory, and labor metrics.• Improve physical inventory issues through training, process improvements, and standardization.• Supervise Kinze’s Cycle Counting Team (3-4 individuals), develop and maintain the plan for auditing Kinze’s 8 million dollars’ worth of inventory.• Audit different production areas weekly looking for inventory trends and possible problems in preparation for the annual physical inventory. • Produce and execute a detailed plan to prepare for the annual physical inventory.• Review and enter cost for new parts and product into ERP system. • Produce cost estimates for new product development as requested. Cost comparisons between new and old product to help determine project feasibility.• Review and monitor labor metrics to determine if efficiencies and labor standards are being set correctly. Complete time studies as needed to make adjustments and set new standards for correct costing.
