About Jennifer Picone
Prior to joining Ogilvy in 2002, Jennifer spent a few years in public accounting where she was an auditor on a variety of different Advertising agencies, including Ogilvy. She joined O&M in May 2002 as a Senior Client Financial Analyst, quickly moving up the ladder to Partner, Client Finance Director on one of the Agency’s largest clients - American Express. She currently guides and manages the financial health of a dozen Agency clients encompassing over $55M in revenue and covering a variety of different businesses ranging from retail to financial and everything in-between. In her tenure at Ogilvy, Jennifer has had a profound impact on corporate culture, spotlighting how to successfully balance work and family. After the birth of her son, Jennifer became one of the founding members of the Working Parents Network (WPN) and served as the co-leader from 2011 until 2015. Under her leadership, the WPN has grown into a powerful business and resource group. Her relentless support of flexible work arrangements have helped to make it a reality and Take Our Daughters and Sons To Work Day as well as Winter Wishes, a program providing toys to disadvantaged children, have become marquee events supported by the entire agency. The WPN also encompasses a Pumping Mom\'s Club, a Corporate Service Day team and a Facebook page managed by Jennifer.
