ABOUT JENNIFER PICKWICK

With over two decades in property management, I bring a wealth of expertise across student housing, Tax Credit Section 42, new construction lease-ups, and commercial properties. My background includes award-winning achievements in collections, rent growth, and ROI, paired with a solid reputation for effectively managing complex portfolios.In my role as a Regional Director, I successfully oversaw a wide array of property types, from historic mansions to brand-new high-rise lease-ups, and everything in between. Each project provided unique challenges that strengthened my adaptability and honed my ability to drive operational success across diverse property types.Transitioning to the Director of Property Management in a startup setting allowed me to build from the ground up. I established property management software, developed policies and procedures, and took the lead in hiring and training a dedicated team. My collaboration with developers on new construction projects—from the initial design phases through to grand opening—enabled me to apply a strategic and hands-on approach to every aspect of property development and management.My strengths lie in team building, collaboration, and inspiring motivation among onsite teams. I’m known for my positive, solutions-oriented approach, identifying and removing productivity barriers for staff while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations. A committed leader, I strive to create a supportive, empowered work environment that encourages my teams to achieve their best and drive sustained growth.
