Lead the Events and Recognition department by setting strategic goals for the team, managing budgets, and working closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure that events are aligned with the overall business objectives. Primarily responsible to create a comprehensive recognition program and globally aligned event cadence to support rollout of LifeVantage’s new Evolve compensation plan. Working closely with stakeholders to develop a strategic plan, incorporating industry best practices and leveraging my expertise in the direct sales space, I am excited for the growth and success this program will bring to LifeVantage.
