Program and project implementation duties include: technically backstopping projects in the field; serving as Senior Technical Advisor/Manager to Tetra Tech ARD contracts; providing short-term technical assistance, participating in project planning (work plan development), reviewing and editing technical reports, and managing monitoring and evaluation efforts. New business development duties include: monitoring new opportunities within the agriculture and economic growth sector, conducting international and domestic marketing and new business development missions, and developing Tetra Tech marketing materials. With respect to proposal development, duties include: developing technical strategies, methodologies, and activities for project implementation; drafting comprehensive technical sections of proposals as well as management of past performance summaries, and assisting in the recruitment of qualified key personnel and support staff. Technical duties include ensuring the effective integration of issues and activities related to gender, environment, and other cross-cutting concerns.
