WorkWave Service Product Manager * Wears many hats to ensure the success of my product through more than prioritizing road map features. My role is to work collaboratively to create a cohesive ecosystem of business channels that seamlessly connect the experience as a whole for our users regardless of the medium they choose to engage with the product (Web, Mobile, Phone, etc.). Leads an agile team that follows the scrum framework and is responsible for the delivery of incremental business and customer value. Lead the implementation of two new product verticals to create a more bespoke user experience for specific service industries, ultimately driving product sales volume and marketing lead generation. Collaborates with Data Architects, who oversee the mapping of data sources and data movement, to address and prioritize improving data related problems customer migrations are compatible with our CRM platform. Supports data quality team to develop manual and automated test cases maintaining a strong data management standards. Launched the first deep integration of Forms Manager, an internal Adobe-supported common service, for users to create custom estimates, while expanding sale-generating tools such as account conversation tracking, and performance metrics to increase customer revenue. Partners with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to gather data for research to discover opportunities, make informed decisions and validate delivery outcomes. Develops active Data Quality monitoring and measurements, establishing standards to create consistency across our platform for key values. Leads quarterly reviews and priority sessions with C-level staff, where we deliberate on the outcome of the previous quarter as it relates to the product objectives, discuss resources, and review options to resolve challenges through adaptive iterations.
