Jennifer formerly served as Chair of the Firm\'s Litigation Department and Employment Practice Group. Jennifer has tried cases in state and federal courts to both juries and judges. She counsels and litigates for large and small businesses on business and employment matters. She has represented employers in the areas of employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, trade secret, non-competition, and non-solicitation. She has also represented companies in a wide range of business litigation involving contracts, tortious interference with contract, unfair competition, tax abatement, real estate, leases, misrepresentation, and other business disputes. Jennifer is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
