As an Instructional Technology Resource Teacher, I work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure we deliver high quality online learning experiences through innovative course design and pedagogy. With over 7 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development, I have a passion for creating e-learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners and educators. I am also pursuing my Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Regent University, where I am researching the innovative course design in K12 education.
