Managed and oversaw complex infrastructure projects in a global environment to support the Digital Workplace (DWP) Portfolio with the objective to modernize the workplace experience through initiatives that enhance partner experience and productivity. In addition, provided centralized weekly portfolio reporting as well as a consolidated status report that also included other partner impacting initiatives outside of the portfolio to C-Level sponsors. • Oversaw portfolio projects that included but were not limited to Win 10 upgrade of ~14k devices, Contact Center migration, MS Teams Rooms rollout to ~1k conference rooms, W365 virtual desktop deployment of ~350 devices, mobile enablement of key business applications, deployment of Citrix VDI solutions to provide seamless and secure access to business applications, and migration from Pulse Secure VPN to Zscaler and Azure VPN solutions.
