Today, I am actively involved in all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, project coordination, training and HR, pricing tenders, supplier negotiations, and health & safety compliance. I take pride in delivering excellence, supporting my team to perform at their best, and driving continuous improvement and innovation throughout the business. My goal is to foster a dynamic and efficient work environment while ensuring long-term success for both our team and our clients.
