Prior to pivoting to philanthropy, I worked in immigrant and refugee health managing complex local and national programs. Then, I played various roles in philanthropy before discovering grants management as my special place in the field. I am currently at Humanity United (HU), a private foundation that is part of the Omidyar Group. HU conducts both domestic and international grantmaking.With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, I have a proven track record in leading small to large programs/projects with cross-functional collaboration, in addition to working in and managing high-performing teams. I am highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytical with strong ownership of work.
